Hailey Lee
Instructional Systems Designer
Hailey is a Senior Instructional Systems Designer, and serves as the lead ISD for various projects involving web-based, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions. She holds an M.A. in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University, and has been working as an ISD for Federal clients since 2011. She works closely with clients and subject matter experts to design courses that are instructionally-sound and compliant, but also engaging and innovative. She believes in lifelong learning, and feels fortunate that her job enables her to learn about different topics in each project. As a true instructional design nerd, she loves to read instructions that come with anything she buys and thinks about how they could be improved.
When not thinking about instructional design, Hailey loves to travel the world and explore new cuisines. The weirdest food she has tried are fried scorpions, live octopus, and silkworms, all of which she finds delicious. She and her foodie friends established the Culinary Training Institute (not a real institute) where they regularly share recipes and cook together with different themes and cuisines. She also considers herself a bibliophile and a theater enthusiast.
